The GSOE team has an average of over 30 years of experience specializing in the procurement and implementation process for major infrastructure projects. The GSOE staff's project experience covers the complete spectrum of energy projects, including risk management, insurance, indemnity, warranty and other contract areas. Other areas include financing, labor & project staffing experience in the NY/NJ marine market.
